Cancellation of glamping, motorhome parking space, concert dinner and buses is done via our contact form or our ticket provider Tickster. The following conditions apply:
Glamping booking
The ticket is valid only for the day specified on the ticket. No refund is provided for cancellations less than 14 days before the visit.
Motorhome parking space bookings
The ticket is valid only for the day specified on the ticket. No refund is provided for cancellations less than 24 hours before the visit. If the customer chooses to leave our parking space after check-in time, no money will be refunded..
Concert dinner bookings
The ticket is valid only for the day specified on the ticket. An unused ticket cannot be used on another occasion. No refund is provided for cancellations less than 7 days before the visit. Packaged dinner tickets are not repurchased without cancellation protection.
Bus bookings (Concert bus/Restaurant bus)
The ticket is valid only for the bus stop specified on the ticket. The customer is responsible for being at the specified location at the specified time. No refund is provided for cancellations less than 7 days before the visit.
