How do I use my cancellation insurance?

More than 30 days before the event

Cancellation protection entitles the customer to free cancellation (the ticket price excluding service fee is refunded). Cancellations are made via Dalhalla's contact form or Tickster. Please enter the reference number and the email address registered at the time of purchase.

Less than 30 days but more than 48 hours before the event

Cancellation is permitted in cases where the Customer is reasonably unable to attend the event due to the Customer, their company at the event or a close relative suffering from acute illness, accident or death. Close relative means spouse/partner, child, grandchild, sibling, parent. In these cases, a medical certificate from the treating physician or a death certificate is required in the event of death. The death, accident or illness of a pet does not entitle cancellation according to the rules for cancellation protection. The cancellation and documentation must have reached the Organizer no later than 48 hours before the start of the event.

No refund will be issued.
