Is there cancellation insurance available?

To insure you against unforeseen events that prevent you from carrying out your planned visit with us, our cancellation protection insurance can be added when purchasing your tickets. The cancellation insurance costs 150 SEK per ticket and can be selected as an addition to your tickets during the booking process. It is not possible to add cancellation insurance afterwards to tickets that have already been purchased.

Please note that cancellation insurance is not available for all events and options. See the respective event for available ticket categories and possible options.

Our cancellation insurance gives you the right to freely cancel your tickets up to 30 days before the start of the concert. Between 30 days and 48 hours before the concert, cancellation is allowed in cases where the guest, accompanying person or close relative cannot reasonably attend the event due to acute illness, accident or death. Close relatives are spouse/partner, child, grandchild, sibling, parent. In these cases, a medical certificate from the attending physician or a death certificate is required in the event of death. Cancellation insurance does not apply to the death of a pet or companion animal.

Cancellation insurance expires 48 hours before the concert and cancellations together with a medical certificate must be received by Dalhalla no later than 48 hours before the start of the event.

Please note that the cancellation insurance fee and service fee are non-refundable and that the cancellation insurance only applies to the ticket it was purchased for.

Tickets purchased without cancellation insurance cannot be refunded.
