It is only possible to cancel tickets purchased with the cancellation insurance product. Please note that one cancellation insurance covers one ticket.
Our cancellation insurance gives you the right to freely cancel your tickets up to 30 days before the concert starts. If there are less than 30 days until the concert starts, cancellations are subject to special conditions. Learn more about our cancellation rules.
Tickets purchased without cancellation insurance cannot be canceled.
Event tickets are not covered by the Act on Distance Contracts rules on the right of withdrawal. Therefore, you cannot return a ticket that has been purchased without cancellation insurance.
