I haven't booked an accessible seat, but I have a wheelchair/walker. What do I do?

You can bring a wheelchair/walker into the area, but it is worth considering that there is a downhill slope down to the concert area from the entrances and it is a gravel surface. You cannot store your wheelchair/walker next to your seat if you do not have an accessible seat, the wheelchair/walker needs to be folded up and put away during the performance. We do not have a "parking area" for wheelchairs/walker and we do not take responsibility for them.

The Arena Bus operates between the parking/bus parking area and the concert area. The bus stops are marked with a sign ‘Arenabuss.’ The bus cannot be pre-booked and departs continuously.  The bus ticket costs 50 SEK/one way and payment is made on site. Card payment only, no cash. Once down in the concert area, it is about 200 meters to the seats and row 52, and then stairs down to your seats. It is also possible to walk down the right side of the lounge to row 36 without steps (but please note that this is a very steep hill). After the concert, the bus will depart from the same place where it dropped you off and then takes you back to the parking areas. The bus cannot accommodate wheelchairs/walkers.
