Dalhalla can never guarantee the authenticity of tickets that are purchased through third parties. We have no way of checking whether your ticket is valid or not, this will only become apparent when the ticket is scanned at the entrance on the day of the event. The QR code can only be used once, which means that any copies will be denied entry. If you are unsure about your purchase, you need to contact those you have purchased the tickets from.

Tickets sold by third parties are often priced higher, and Dalhalla can neither influence these prices nor guarantee the validity of such tickets. Additionally, by purchasing tickets outside of our official channels, you will miss out on important information and offers we send to our customers ahead of their visit.
